Bird Lake holiday cottage, located in a beautiful and tranquil setting off highway 118. Perfect for those wanting a peaceful retreat only 30 minutes from Bracebridge. . Approx 2 hours from Toronto.Canoe, hike, swim, fish, golf, relax, unwind....

Set within an acre of woodland on Bird Lake, this moderate 2-bedroom property comprised of 2 double bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed in living area. The lake is small and perfect for swimming. BBQ and patio furniture/picnic table are located outside to enjoy the outdoors at mealtime.

Enjoy the lake with the use of the canoe, 2 kayaks or paddle boat. Some lifejackets available.

The kitchen/dining room/living room are open concept. Features include a wood fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen, with Stove, Fridge, and Microwave. Bathroom has bath and shower.

The pretty town of Bracebridge is a half hour drive away with a range of shops, fine restaurants and cafes. All department stores are located in town as well. The new resort Taboo is a short drive away, where a wide variety of activities can be found including golf and fine dining and live music. There is a driving range 15 mins from the cottage on highway 118. The closest store is the “General Store” on 118 towards Bracebridge. Here they sell water, firewood, food and any other necessities, or something that you may have forgotten.

Swimming, fishing, boating (paddle boat, canoe and dingy) can be enjoyed just outside the door. If you like to bike, bring up your bike and discover the area of different lakes close to one another!

With TV, VCR, Nintendo, CD Player and Radio, Microwave etc... Luksha Lookout on Birdlake is a perfect wilderness retreat!
